Key Responsibilities
- System Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document system interfaces using visual models to support clear communication and planning.
- Requirement Translation: Collaborate with the Product Team to transform business requirements into actionable user stories for development.
- Product Vision and Design: Partner with the Product Owner to deliver a design vision for products and systems that align with user needs.
- Solution Identification: Evaluate potential approaches for technical feasibility and business impact.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work closely with QA Analysts to ensure product functionality meets business requirements.
- Release Management and Support: Provide hands-on support for post-Go-Live processes, troubleshooting and assisting with release management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead product demonstrations, gather feedback, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Incident Management: Prioritize and resolve business application issues raised through the incident management system.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and senior management in a professional, collaborative manner.
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in consulting or supporting business functions, organizational needs, or cross-geographical teams is a plus.
- A solid understanding of business goals and the ability to advocate for these within technical and operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
